Guacamole

Serves 4


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados (soft to the touch, but not mushy)
  • 2 teaspoons cilantro, minced
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh jalapeno
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder or fresh onion finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Finely chopped tomato
  • 4 cup mixture of sliced cucumber and jicama


Directions

  • Mash first 7 ingredients together, fold in tomato and serve with cucumber and jicama.
